The individual must have 3+ years of litigation experience and will be responsible for handling a caseload from inception to settlement or verdict. Attorneys are involved in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials. Details:
• 3+ years of litigation experience – Personal Injury Plaintiff is preferred – experience with civil litigation from either a plaintiff or insurance defense firm okay.
• Caseload will primarily focus on – Car Accidents, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Brain Injury, Motorcycle Accidents, and Nursing Home Abuse
• Caseload will average 100-135

Salary: $95-135,000K BOE
