A mid-sized defense firm is looking for a Paralegal with experience in Workers’ Compensation for their main office in Alabama. This individual will be responsible for summarizing medical records, billing records, claims files, and other relevant documentation and should have experience with issuing subpoenas and filing court documents with state and federal courts.

Some additional responsibilities of this role include: 

• Summarize medical records, billing records, claims files, and other pertinent documentation.
• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are filed appropriately.
• Communicating and coordinating directly with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
