A well-known National Insurance Carrier is looking for an Associate with 4-15+ years of experience in the area of Worker’s Compensation Defense and Litigation in California.

• This role will be responsible for investigating and managing Workers’ Compensation cases from inception through dismissal, settlement, or trial.
• The individual will communicate directly with clients and claims professionals to resolve cases in an efficient manner.
• Comfort and proficiency in the Court Room, and working in a paperless environment is required.
• A large portion of this role will involve investigations, legal research, writing/drafting, and taking the lead in trial strategies.

Salary: $135-165K + annual bonus
