A growing firm in the Allentown Pennsylvania area is looking for an Associate with 3-5+ years of Employment and Labor experience with a focus on representing public entities such as public schools, police departments, etc.  

• Individuals should have litigation experience, as well as experience negotiating CBA’s, strong investigation and legal research skills, and be comfortable handling negotiations. 
• This role will be representing clients in the public sector such as unions, public schools, police departments, and various other municipalities and public departments.
• The ideal individual will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable, counseling clients and leading strategies.
