An established and growing firm that’s been recognized for nearly a decade as a Top Workplace is looking for a Municipal Law and Public Finance Associate Attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on bonds, municipal law and land use issues.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, briefs, and motions.
• Represent clients at board meetings, court hearings, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and/or other stakeholders on behalf of clients.
• Provide sound legal advice and strategies tailored to the needs of clients.
• Manage case files efficiently from initiation through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, including attorneys and support staff, to ensure exceptional client service.
• Stay current on laws, regulations, and trends impacting bonds, municipal law, and land use.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years working in the areas of municipal law, land use, bonds, and or zoning.
