An established Defense Firm with a long-standing positive reputation is looking for an Associate with 2+ years of general liability defense and litigation experience.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with Clients and opposing counsel
• Legal research
• Manage active cases from inception to resolution
• Representing clients during hearings, depositions, and trials

Qualifications:

• Litigation experience
  • Trial experience is a PLUS
• Demonstration of strong negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)

Salary: $80-85+k BOE
