A national law firm with multiple locations across the United States is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-7 years of experience to join their team. This role will be a part of the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit, focusing on Middle Market mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate equity and debt financing, including seed financing and venture capital transactions involving emerging and growth-stage companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex Middle Market M&A transactions, corporate governance, and financing matters.
• Advise clients on equity and debt financing, including venture capital transactions for emerging and growth-stage companies.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver strategic legal solutions.
• Effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail.
• Utilize innovative legal technologies to enhance legal service delivery and client experience.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 3-7 years of corporate law experience, with a focus on M&A, venture capital, and corporate financing.
• Active Texas bar license and residency in Texas are required.
• Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.
