We are seeking a driven, organized attorney with a passion for helping others with experience as a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney located in either Dallas or San Antonio.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of pre-litigation, including case work-up and preparation for settlement or litigation
• Lead a team of pre-litigation legal professionals
• Interact with clients, adjusters, and other legal professionals in person and over the phone
• Ensure proper handling of all cases and provide exceptional client service

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of legal experience, with at least 1+ years in personal injury law
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and firm employees
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish language proficiency is a plus
• Experience in personal injury case pre-litigation and litigation
• Passionate about helping people
• Actively barred and in good standing with the state of Texas

Job Title: Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney

Location: Oak Lawn area of Dallas, Texas

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, plus bonuses paid out twice a year.
