A growing law firm in Fairfax VA. is looking for an Associate with Civil Litigation experience specifically in any of the following areas: Contract Disputes, Collections, Fraud, Real Estate Disputes, Lemon Laws, Mechanic’s Liens etc.

This role will be responsible for handling all aspects of casework with an annual billing requirement of 1,400 to 1,500 depending on the experience level.

Role Requirements:

Must be active and in good standing the the Virginia Bar Association

2 to 6+ years of Civil Litigation experience in the State of Virginia. Experience with fiduciary litigation, commercial and or contract litigation is a PLUS

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
