A growing mid-sized defense firm with 3 locations in California is looking for an Associate with 5+ years of Employment Law defense litigation experience. Experience with PAGA would be a plus!

This role will be responsible for conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, assisting with trial preparation, and helping with all aspects of litigation on behalf of the clients.

Salary: 

$150,000-$175,000 BOE + additional bonuses
