A national firm with multiple locations across the United States is actively looking for an Intellectual Property Attorney with 8 to 15+ years of experience.

The position will have a reduced billable-hour requirement and a flexible schedule.

The ideal candidate will be registered with the USPTO and hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field of study.

They will also have experience with any of the following: global patent prosecution and portfolio management, freedom to operate and patent clearance, licensing, and other technology transactions, and due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.

Salary:

$120,000 to $130,000 BOE
