A South East regional insurance defense firm is looking to bring on a litigation associate attorney to handle all aspects of litigation relating to liability claims in products liability, premises liability, and class action/complex litigation matters.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Defense litigation experience of at least 1-5 years is required. Deposition and courtroom experience is a plus.
• Ability to commute to the Birmingham Alabama office and to travel as needed within middle and northern Alabama.

Requirements:
• 1+ yr as a billing attorney Insurance Defense
• Ability to commute to the office daily
• Active and in good standing with the Alabama Bar
• Has experience doing Billing work
• Experience drafting, discovery, depositions, writing summaries

Salary Range:

$100,000-$125,000
