Associate Attorney – Workers’ Compensation

A growing legal team is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Workers’ Compensation Department. This role offers the opportunity to work independently on an assigned caseload while collaborating with a supportive team of attorneys and staff.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the State Bar
• Experience handling workers’ compensation matters; a portable book of business preferred
• Skilled in managing general discovery, including taking depositions, interviewing witnesses, responding to written discovery, and preparing motions
• Trial experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, excellent writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
