Internationally renowned law firm is looking for an Experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney who is passionate about helping businesses solve problems and grow. This position, which is great for young attorneys and experienced attorneys alike, will be joining their litigation team along with senior/junior attorneys at the firm and also the paralegals. For all attorneys, especially younger candidates, you will learn how law firm works and how to run a productive law firm by managing other legal staff and lawyers.

You must have at least five (3) years of civil litigation law experience with exceptional writing and analytical skills. Appellate or heavy motion practice experience is a plus. This position is a key player in the firm -we want someone who thinks about growing together as a team.

Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting state/federal cases as well as arbitrations
- Motion practice and Discovery work
- Attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances
- Executing the solution both by directly working on it or by utilizing and delegating with appropriate junior attorneys and staff
- Client management
- Preparing cases for success in mediation, trial, and arbitration
- Communicating with opposing counsel and with the court
Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience in Commercial Litigation
- Appellate work experience is a plus
- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Convey confidence in the person and on the phone
- Show empathy to clients and put them at ease during their difficult time
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and associated technologies
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $130,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
