A growing firm with an office across the country is looking for an Associate with 3+ years of civil litigation experience with a focus on Healthcare, Medical Malpractice and Elder Abuse.

This individual will be responsible for conducting legal research and analysis, creating discovery summaries, and drafting/reviewing motions and pleadings.

They will also be communicating directly with clients offering counsel and advocacy on behalf of clients as well as representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions and trial if needed.
