A Florida-based firm focusing on business formation and business litigation for companies ranging in size from small local businesses to large multi-million dollar organizations is looking for a mid to senior-level associate to join their growing team. 

Experience and Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of business litigation experience required. Recent experience handling cases and working with Florida-based businesses is preferred. 
• Drafting organizational documents for C-corps, S-Corps, LLCs, and Not-for-profit organizations, and will draft review and negotiate bylaws, operating agreements, partnership agreements, etc
• They will also handle litigation regarding fights for company control, shareholder or member rights disputes,  officer/manager/partner liability, breach of contract actions, and company disputes and breakups. 
• Strong comfort and familiarity with using cloud-based software and working with a fully remote team is imperative.
• Interest in networking and continued business development is not required but will be strongly supported and encouraged if there should be interest. 

Salary: BOE with bonuses and benefits and retirement package.

Location: Remote in FL – the firm is fully functioning remote firm
