A growing and internationally renowned firm located in Texas is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney who’s passionate about helping businesses grow and solve issues. This position will be leading their litigation team of junior attorneys and paralegals/ legal assistants. You must have at least five (5) years of civil litigation law experience with exceptional writing and analytical skills. Appellate or heavy motion practice experience is a plus. This position is a key player in the firm -we want someone who thinks about growing together as a team.

Qualifications

At least 5+ years of experience in Commercial Litigation
Appellate work experience is a plus
Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Convey confidence in the person and on the phone
Show empathy to clients and put them at ease during their difficult time
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and associated technologies

Salary: $130,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
