Senior Associate – Workers’ Compensation

A growing litigation team is seeking a Senior Trial Associate to handle complex Workers’ Compensation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced workers’ compensation attorney looking to take on meaningful case responsibility while joining a growing practice group with a strong team environment.

Can be fully remote or hybrid.

Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to practice in the applicable jurisdiction with significant Workers’ Compensation litigation experience.
• Experience managing workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, hearings, motions, and trial preparation.
• Strong litigation skills with the ability to independently manage a full caseload while effectively advocating for clients.
• Experience handling a high-volume litigation practice while maintaining strong attention to detail and client communication.
• Leadership experience and the ability to mentor or support junior attorneys is a plus.
