A growing personal injury law firm specializing in motor vehicle accidents is looking to hire a Paralegal with experience representing the plaintiff in Auto/Trucking related litigation.

This individual will:

• Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery and various motions
• Communicate with clients continually, experts, counsel, and courts
• Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, subrogation liens)
• Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation

Ideally, this individual will have direct experience working on auto and or trucking-related cases, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable working in a paperless environment.

Salary: $50-70K
