A growing mid-sized defense firm in California is looking for a Senior Associate with 10+ years of Employment Law experience.
This individual must also have experience managing and developing a team of Associates through the litigation process.
This role will be responsible for handling Employment-related cases from cradle to grave, overseeing a team of Associates and support staff, conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing/arguing motions, and overseeing trial preparation.

Salary:
$175,000-$200,000+ BOE + additional bonuses
