A growing mid-sized defense firm with 3 locations in California is looking for a Senior Associate with 10+ years of Toxic Tort and or Product Liability defense litigation experience.

This individual must also have experience managing and developing a team of Associates through the litigation process.  

This role will be responsible for handling Toxic Tort related cases from cradle to grave, overseeing a team of Litigation Associates,  conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing/arguing motions, and overseeing trial preparation.

Salary: 

$175,000-$200,000 BOE + additional bonuses
