The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, and defense experience, to join a growing Jacksonville team. This position will require independent decision-making and the ability to co-direct case strategy. All candidates must be ready and able to handle the full range of casework, from case inception through trial, including but not limited to factual investigation, discovery and depositions, complex motion practice including dispositive motions and pre-trial motions, and participation in civil jury trials. This position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to take an active role in managing their own cases while working in close partnership with other attorneys and members of the team.

Requirements:

– Active FL bar

-2to3 yrs of PI litigation experience

-Significant practical experience in case management and all aspects of civil litigation;

-The ability to handle a full caseload

Salary: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
